"Hi, I'm Gwen! Business is part of who I am. I was born this way and raised this way. Growing up in generations of family-owned businesses, I was immersed in the day-to-day of running a company and interacting with customers at a very young age. I learned what it meant to build something bigger than yourself, create a community, and impact others.

 

Over the past 15 years, I've been on a journey of starting and growing companies across many industries with revenues from the ground up to $100M. I've gained a unique perspective on business dynamics working with organizations in consulting, outsourcing, fractional and operational roles. Along the way, I felt a deep desire to use my skills to impact businesses and leaders who are creating ripples for positive change.

This led to the inception of Bia Collective. Named after the Greek goddess of force and power, Bia Collective is more than a consultancy—it’s a coming together of mission-driven companies with seasoned go-to-market professionals and growth experts, all united to expedite your journey to make a lasting impact. 'Collective' is our ethos, symbolizing the strength found in unity.

 

I enjoy working with 1st-time founders, SMB owners, ventures, and mature companies who want to shake things up. I have a deep interest in FemTech, women’s health, and being in community.  

 

My superpowers: I’m both a builder and a fixer. I’m a connector, visionary, and have been called a 'woman of action'.
